For private homeowner assignments we mainly operate in the South Holland (Zuid-Holland) province and surrounding area, from our office in Rotterdam. For business and industrial projects we work nationwide; the service area is agreed per assignment.

Lead times vary per project and depend on scope, material availability, season and our current schedule. During the intake we give you a realistic time indication, and we confirm a concrete schedule when we issue the quote.

Dutch is our primary language. We can also conduct conversations in English, Spanish and German — useful for international clients or multilingual project teams.

We don't stop at problems. If we encounter wood rot, a leak, a broken pipe or anything else, we discuss it with you right away and fix it — no second contractor needed.

We attach importance to warranty on the work we deliver. The appropriate warranty period per service is set out in the quote in advance, so you know exactly what you can rely on.

Absolutely. We take on packages within larger construction or renovation projects. During intake we discuss scope, schedule and commercial terms.

We work both on a fixed-price (lump sum) and time-and-materials basis. We jointly choose what fits your assignment best.

We have business liability insurance and, where relevant, construction all-risk insurance. On request we share the policy details.

For private assignments usually a deposit at start and the remainder upon handover. For business assignments by mutual agreement, as stated in the quote.
