Our process

How we work. Clear, honest and considered.

Taking on an assignment starts with a proper conversation and ends with a clean handover. Below you'll read step by step what the collaboration looks like — explained separately for your home and for your business project.

1

Intake

A first conversation — by phone or at your location. Entirely without obligation. We listen to your situation, your wish and any boundary conditions.

For your home

For your home: a phone call or a visit at your home. We listen to your wish and look together at what you have in mind.

For your project

For your project: a conversation with your project manager, buyer or asset manager. We get a clear picture of the scope you want to outsource and within what timeframe.

What you receive
A first impression and a clear follow-up proposal — without obligation.
What we ask of you
Tell us what you have in mind. Photos, drawings or a brief scope description go a long way.
Time indication
Reply usually within one working day. The intake itself takes 20–45 minutes.

Inspection & advice

A thorough assessment of the situation. We give clear advice — even if that means recommending against something.

For your home

For your home: a visit on location where we assess the situation, discuss possibilities and tell you honestly what does and does not make sense.

For your project

For your project: scope discussion with your project leadership, possibly a visit to the work site. We address points of attention, interfaces and logistics at this stage.

What you receive
Reasoned advice, with options — no sales pitch.
What we ask of you
Access to the location and, if available, drawings or earlier reports.
Time indication
Usually scheduled within one to two weeks; the visit itself takes 30–90 minutes.

Quote

A transparent quote without hidden costs. We state what is included and what is not.

For your home

For your home: a quote in plain language, with amounts, materials, schedule, payment rhythm and the associated warranty conditions.

For your project

For your project: a quote with scope, schedule, any tiered pricing or time-and-materials rate, and clear agreements on additional work, insurance and handover.

What you receive
A written quote you can review and discuss at your own pace.
What we ask of you
Ask questions until you're confident the quote is right — we're happy to explain.
Time indication
Usually 3–7 working days after the inspection. Validity: 30 days.

Execution

The work is carried out according to the agreed schedule, with one fixed point of contact.

For your home

For your home: we minimise disturbance, communicate about working hours and leave your home clean — every day.

For your project

For your project: short communication lines with your project leadership, daily reports if desired, and safety awareness compliant with industry standards.

What you receive
The completed work as per quote. Interim updates at important steps.
What we ask of you
Be available for brief alignment moments when a decision needs to be made.
Time indication
Duration as set out in the quote. We notify you immediately of any delays, with the cause.

Handover & warranty

A joint final check and formal handover. You know exactly what has been delivered.

For your home

For your home: we walk through everything together, explain what to maintain, and record the warranty conditions in writing.

For your project

For your project: handover documentation including any certificates, photos and a final report. Suitable for your own archive or onward delivery to a principal.

What you receive
Delivered work, handover document and associated warranty conditions — recorded in writing.
What we ask of you
Be present at the final check and share any remarks directly.
Time indication
Final check takes 30–60 minutes. Any remaining items are resolved within the agreed timeframe.

Along the way

What if something changes during the project?

Renovation, refurbishment and industrial work sometimes brings surprises. Our approach is clear — no grey areas, no unexpected bills.

  • Every change is discussed with you first; additional work never starts without your written approval.
  • You get insight into the impact on schedule and costs upfront, so you can decide on that basis.
  • Unexpected matters — a leak, wood rot, a broken pipe — we handle within the same assignment. No second contractor required.
  • What is included in scope and what counts as additional work: we record this in the quote so there are no surprises.
  • Want to change the scope yourself during the work? No problem — we align the next step together.

After handover

What remains after handover.

A good contractor doesn't disappear after handover. We remain available for questions, remarks or maintenance.

Warranty on completed work

The appropriate warranty period per service is set out upfront in the quote. You know exactly what you can rely on.

Reachable for questions

Run into something later? Call or email us. We respond quickly — also after handover.

We come back

For legitimate matters within the warranty period, we come on site to resolve it.

Complete documentation

You receive handover documents, photos and any certificates for your own records.
